At Head Impact Trauma Limited (HIT), we are committed to delivering your products promptly, securely, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and procedures for handling delivery issues.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally where applicable. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
If there are any delays in processing your order, our customer service team will notify you by email.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
HIT partners with reputable courier and postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–3 business days
- International Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, and package weight.
- Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £100.
- Express and international delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@hitrecognition.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. HIT is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence to assist with assessment. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered items, estimated dispatch dates will be provided at checkout or by email. You will be notified once your order is ready to ship.
Your Consumer Rights
This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
